Job summary

DFW Concrete Products LLC in Cleburne, TX seeks an Inside Sales & Dispatch Coordinator to support customer sales, quotes, order entry, and delivery coordination. The hybrid role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing operation.

You will work with customers and internal teams on product availability, production schedules, and delivery requirements, while assisting with inventory tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

• Inside sales and dispatch experience preferred.

• Ability to read construction plans preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Enter customer orders and maintain accurate sales and order records.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding product availability, production schedules, and order status.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate company drivers, yard personnel, and outside haulers.
• Prepare sales and delivery documentation and communicate delivery requirements.

Together, we provide precast and prestressed concrete products and storage systems to customers across the region. We are looking for an Inside Sales & Dispatch Coordinator to support customer sales, order processing, and delivery coordination at our DFW Concrete Products location in Cleburne, Texas.Position SummaryThis hybrid role combines inside sales and dispatch responsibilities, helping ensure customers receive accurate quotes, timely communication, and reliable deliveries.
