McPherson Concrete Companies in Texas is seeking an Inside Sales & Dispatch Coordinator for our DFW Cleburne location. This hybrid role supports customer sales, order processing, and delivery coordination, ensuring accurate quotes, timely communication, and reliable deliveries.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a growing operation, with experience in inside sales, dispatch, and basic computer software.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, dispatching, or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software.
• Experience with sales quoting, order entry, or delivery scheduling is a plus.
• Ability to read construction plans or specifications is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Enter customer orders and maintain accurate sales and order records.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding product availability, production schedules, and order status.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate company drivers, yard personnel, and outside haulers.
• Prepare sales and delivery documentation and communicate delivery requirements.
• Assist with inventory tracking, production reporting, and other operational duties as needed.
