Job summary

Rockland Manufacturing is seeking manufacturing personnel for second shift in Bedford, PA (and Seguin, TX). You will prepare steel for cutting, use hand torches and grinders, bevel and grind parts, and label items from cutting tables. Material handling with cranes and forklifts is required.

Starting wages are $18.50–$25.50 per hour with semiannual increases. This second shift runs 3:35 PM–2:05 AM and Rockland offers a full benefits package including paid time off, health coverage, 401k, and

Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with multiple facilities in Bedford, PA and another facility in Seguin, TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA!

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:

• Preparing steel for cutting/forming
• Using hand torches, grinders and chippers
• Beveling, grinding parts, operating press roll
• Removing and labeling parts from cutting tables
• Positioning material with cranes/forklifts/etc.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

Our starting wages range from $18.50-$25.50 per hour, based on experience. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months, until you reach our top rate. That’s for everyone…it doesn’t matter what your specific job is…. if you’re a top performer, you can get to top performer pay! This is a second shift position, from 3:35 PM- 2:05 AM .
