Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide product information; process orders, submittals, and quotes.
• Process quotes and orders; maintain price lists and discounts.
• Assist with payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting.
• Generate and review billing, credits, and re-bills; handle COD collections.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics with Plant Supervisor; back-up dispatch as needed.
