Job summary

Nelsen Corporation in Medina, OH is seeking an outgoing Inside Sales team member to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. The role focuses on order entry, account support, and coordinating with Account Managers.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends. Compensation starts at $24 per hour and increases with experience; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), disability coverage, PTO, and life

Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and customer base.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and time management skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and text.
• Enter orders for assigned accounts and assist during peak periods.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the ERP system.
