Job summary

Nelsen-Corporation, a family-owned business with over 70 years in water treatment systems, is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate for our Medina, OH location. You will process orders, pack shipments, and assist with inventory management to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.

We offer competitive pay and benefits, with hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday and opportunities for overtime. A High School Diploma and 2+ years of warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Warehouse, Shipping and Safety experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and use of scanners.

Responsibilities

• Pull items to fulfill customer orders using software/pick tickets.
• Pack items for shipment or stage for production assembly.
• Ensure order accuracy with thorough paperwork and product review before shipment.
• Identify shipping methods and follow procedures to ensure quality checks and labeling.
• Receive incoming products and off-load truck deliveries.
• Notify management to resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged products.
• Transport materials using hand truck, forklift, or other equipment.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance duties.
• Restock and rotate product.
• Adhere to safety standards and report unsafe conditions.
• Other duties as needed.
