Job summary

Nelsen-Corporation in Medina, OH, is seeking an outgoing Inside Sales team member to develop strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers. The role supports Account Managers and participates in a comprehensive training program.

Working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, you’ll be paid from $24.00 per hour with pay commensurate to experience and skills; benefits begin after 60 days and include medical/dental/vision, 401k, disability, life

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Sales/Office Administration.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Take or make calls to customers when Account Managers are unavailable.

Salary Range: $24.00 To $27.00 Annually

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM; No weekends.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour; pay commensurate with experience and skills.

• Benefits start the first of the month following 60 days of employment

• 80 hours (prorated for first year) paid time off (PTO), 120 hours the next year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and text.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Take or make calls to customers when Account Managers are unavailable.
• Assess customer problems; resolve issues and provide solutions or elevate to the appropriate person.
• Provide customer feedback to Sales management.

Administrative Processes

• Enter orders for select assigned accounts.
• Assist with processing or completing orders during peak periods.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) database.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Sales/Office Administration.
• Previous customer relationship management (CRM) system experience preferred.
