Job summary

Alloy Precision Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Sales Team and customers. You will handle incoming orders, develop quotes, and ensure accurate records while coordinating with internal departments to meet customer needs.

You will follow ISO 9001/AS9100 procedures, maintain strong relationships, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical/industrial background preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial sales/marketing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Visual Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team by handling incoming orders and customer needs.
• Prepare sales quotes for current and new accounts.
• Coordinate contract reviews to ensure PO aligns with assumptions.
• Prepare reports, order specifications, and related documents.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 procedures.
• Travel minimal; maintain customer relationships and participate in trade shows as needed.
