SPEC Building Materials Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate to join our in-person team. You will handle order placement, pricing, delivery coordination, and customer support from our counter, serving contractors and builders.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Strong math skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience in building materials industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell building materials from the customer service counter.
• Maintain and grow existing customer base through prospecting and follow-up.
• Source special order items for contractors.
• Ensure all customer sales orders are imputed complete and accurate.
• Advise customers on inventory levels and pricing.
• Cash application and reporting.
• Answer the phone and direct calls.
• Schedule deliveries for customers.
