Job summary

SPEC Building Materials Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor of building materials, is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate in Daytona Beach, FL. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders, quotes, pricing, and delivery coordination.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Strong computer and software knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell building materials from the customer service counter.
• Grow existing customer base through prospecting, account development, quotes and follow-up.
• Source special order items for contractors.
• Ensure all orders are complete and accurate.
• Advise customers on inventory and pricing.
• Cash application and reporting.
• Answer phones and direct calls.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries.
