Responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound quote requests; log information into CRM as required.
• Communicate with clients to ensure requests are understood and responded to promptly.
• Generate pricing for quote requests using provided tools or deliver quotes to customers.
• Develop standard pricing tables and/or proposal templates.
• Follow-up on outstanding quotes as needed.
• Follow-up on aged accounts regarding potential business.
• Conduct research on quote loss; report data to leadership and note findings.
• May be assigned to manage designated accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
