• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound quote requests and log information into CRM.
• Communicate with clients to ensure requests are understood and responded to in a timely manner.
• Generate pricing for quote requests using provided pricing tools.
• Develop standard pricing tables and proposal templates.
• Follow-up on outstanding quotes as needed.
• Follow-up on aged accounts regarding potential business as needed.
• Perform research regarding quote loss and report data to leadership.
• May be assigned to manage designated accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
