Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years of inside sales or marketing experience.
• 2 years of management or project management experience.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office & typing.
• Listening/Speaking skills to work with the public.
• 2 years of Mechanical/Electrical Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, motivate, and communicate professionally and competently internally & externally.
• Ensure plan includes process improvements and training to drive down costs while improving customer experience.
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
• Partner with marketing and production development.
• Communicates with outside salespersons & customers.
• Help the team hands-on as needed.
• Assist Outside sales.
• Assist Inside Sales Manager with the config/drawing/submittal requests.
• CRM management.
• Quoting.
• Follow-ups.
