Job summary

Mighty Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to manage incoming leads, follow up on estimates, schedule appointments, and drive revenue. The role connects Customer Care, Dispatch, Field Operations, Marketing, and Sales to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You'll engage homeowners, educate them on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and drain services, overcome objections, and convert opportunities into booked jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or sales coordination.
• Residential home services knowledge preferred.
• Strong outbound calling and follow-up.
• CRM and ServiceTitan knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on incoming leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
• Coordinate appointments with Customer Care and Dispatch to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Reengage past customers and identify additional service opportunities.
• Track and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue opportunities.
• Educate customers on Mighty’s services and next steps.
• Collaborate with teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
