Job summary

Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to accelerate the growth of our plumbing services. You will maintain outbound communications with leads, inform clients about expiring services, and drive membership sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include using Service Titan to log notes, coordinating with multiple business units, and meeting weekly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-suite.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outbound communication with leads and prospects.
• Inform clients about expiring recurring services and assist with estimates.
• Drive membership sales using superior customer service.
• Enter notes into Service Titan and tracking spreadsheets.
• Relay information to Drains, Backflow, Water Filtration, HVAC, Lining and Repipe teams.
• Call at least 50 customers per day.
• Meet a minimum goal of 10 sold estimates each work week.
• Ensure leads are processed and removed from estimates within one business day.
