You will build trust with customers, coordinate convenient appointment times, and support revenue recovery with accurate logging and cross-referencing in Service Titan.

The role emphasizes phone sales, strong communication, and multi-tasking in a commission-based environment, with training pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 2 years cold calling experience.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient outbound phone skills.
• Proficient written and computer skills.
• Highly self-motivated with a drive to succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule prospective clients from lead generation efforts.
• Maintain daily call logs and department-specific call types.
• Maintain daily sold logs to cross reference with Service Titan.
• Communicate with managers to identify areas of need and opportunities.
• Log which technician or salesperson receives most revenue recovery.
• Report client issues by creating tasks for department managers.
