Responsibilities

• Receive and enter orders submitted by customers and the outside sales team.
• Confirm order details and maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Coordinate scheduled shipments with dispatch and monitor order progress.
• Communicate shipping changes, delays, and updates to customers and the sales team.
• Respond to customer questions and coordinate with teams to resolve concerns.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Assist with trade show planning, logistics, and preparation.
• Support email campaigns and manage contact lists.
• Perform other duties to support sales and customer service operations.
