Responsibilities

• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Enter orders, quotes, and sales data accurately.
• Follow orders from entry through shipment.
• Assist customers with pricing, availability, delivery, and product questions.
• Build reports and assist with market research and sales projects.
• Communicate with Operations, Shipping, and other departments as needed.
• Learn Vulcan products, systems, and sales processes.
• Assist teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
