Job summary

LKQ Corporation seeks motivated individuals to join our team and help drive revenue by promoting sales of new and existing automotive parts. You will provide outstanding customer service, answer questions on pricing and availability, and support transactions from quotes through delivery.

Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records while cultivating strong customer relationships and seeking opportunities for growth within the LKQ family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience required.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders and/or interchange and returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when requested item is not available.
• Process orders – enter, review, price, quantity, and shipping data; may dispatch orders.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assemble and perform other duties as assigned.
