Old Dominion Floor Co. in Midlothian is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to guide homeowners through selecting hardwood, tile, and carpet.

You will design in-center consultations, read blueprints, manage full-cycle sales, and coordinate with Outside Sales and Project Coordinators.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or high-end retail.
• Experience in construction or flooring industry is preferred.
• Read and interpret blueprints to advise on projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the Design Center with product features, styles, and color coordination.
• Review blueprints to provide accurate product recommendations and project scopes.
• Manage the sales process from greeting to final selection and resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Project Coordinators for a seamless transition.
• Use Outlook and internal systems to manage appointments and track sales targets.
