Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in flooring/interior design sales, excel at building trust, stay organized, and can work independently with modern tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in flooring, interior design, or construction.
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and using technology.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design and sales consultations
• Build trust with customers and guide them through flooring selections
• Recommend solutions that balance style, function, and budget
• Close sales by clearly presenting value and options
• Manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details
• Partner with the team to ensure a seamless installation experience
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships
