Unlicensed base pay starts at $37,440 with licensed pay at $45,760 per year, plus uncapped commissions. The role includes training, mentorship, and a growth-oriented culture with benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; license within 45 days is supported by the company.
• 1+ year of Sales or Customer Service experience.

After getting licensed , starting base pay for Sales Consultants is : $45,760/ year* + uncapped commissions and bonuses

*Average first year earnings range from $45K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ year of Sales or Customer Service experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation

Preferred Attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Insurance sales or service experience preferred
• Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred
• Bilingual- Fluency in English and Spanish nice to have
