InsureOne, part of Confie, seeks an Inside Sales Consultant in Corpus Christi to handle high-intent inbound leads and tailor coverage with 100+ carriers. You will advance from inside sales to commercial account management while licensing support is provided. Base pay plus uncapped commissions drives earnings growth.

Initial base pay is $37,440; after licensure, starting base pay is $45,760 with commissions. Average first-year earnings range $45K–$75K; top performers can exceed $110,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 45 days ( Licensing course provided ).
• 1+ year of Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced computer skills and effective telephone etiquette.

Pay Details:

Unlicensed Consultants base pay: $37,440 / year*

After getting licensed , starting base pay for Sales Consultants is : $45,760 / year* + uncapped commissions and bonuses

*Average first year earnings range from $45K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year

Our Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma
• Active Property & Casualty license OR Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 45 days of hire (We provide the Licensing course)
• 1+ year of Sales or Customer Service experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Computer skills
• Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation
• Effective and precise telephone etiquette
