InsureOne, a Confie company, is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to handle inbound calls and warm leads in a fast-paced call center. You will assess clients' insurance needs and match coverages from 100+ carriers to convert leads into policyholders.

Bilingual English/Spanish required; Active Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain within 45 days. Base pay $49,920 per year plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with average first-year earnings ranging from $60k to $100k+.

Compensation: The base pay for a Bilingual* Sales Consultant is $49,920 /yr + uncapped commission + performance-based bonuses

*Bilingual distinction requires the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English and Spanish

Average first year earnings range from $60K-$100K+ through a combination of base pay, performance bonuses and generous commission.

Shift: 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm

What You Will Do:

The Sales Consultant will be handling inbound calls and warm leads in a call center environment, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers to convert sales leads into policyholders. Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, confidence, compliance minded, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications:

• - High school Diploma or equivalent
• - Bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish
• - Hold an Active Property & Casualty license or are willing to obtain a P&C license within 45 days of hire (we provide the licensing course)
• - 2+ years of Direct Sales experience preferably in Insurance sales
• - Proven track record of the ability to close new business sales, retain existing business, and cross-sell other lines of business
• - Ability to meet or exceed performance and sales targets
• - Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn new technology and systems quickly
• - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• - Ability to work well independently and on a team
• - Precise verbal and written communication skills
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• - Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
