InsureOne, part of Confie, is hiring in Austin, TX for an Inside Sales Consultant role. You will handle high-intent inbound leads and design customized coverage across personal and commercial lines, partnering with 100+ carriers to tailor policies.

No cold calling, uncapped commissions, and ongoing training create a growth-oriented environment. A Property & Casualty license is not required at start, but you must obtain it within 45 days with company-supported licensing guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Active Property & Casualty license OR willing to obtain within 45 days (licensing course provided).
• 1+ year of Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

Unlicensed Consultants base pay: $37,440 / year*

After getting licensed , starting base pay for Sales Consultants is : $45,760/ year* + uncapped commissions and bonuses

*Average first year earnings range from $45K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year

Our Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma
• Active Property & Casualty licenseOR Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 45 days of hire (We provide the Licensing course)
• 1+ year of Sales or Customer Service experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation

Preferred Attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Insurance sales or service experience preferred
• Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred
• Bilingual- Fluency in English and Spanish nice to have
