Qualifications

• Track record of success in sales (any industry) with phone sales a plus.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Comfort and confidence on the phone.
• Coachability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• CRM discipline and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Call homeowners with open, unsold estimates and close them by phone.
• Rebuild rapport with customers who've met our team.
• Uncover real reasons a job didn’t move forward and solve them.
• Educate homeowners on options and guide to a decision.
• Follow up consistently until a yes or firm no.
• Hit daily, weekly, monthly sales goals.
• Keep CRM notes, next steps, and follow-up dates.
• Coordinate with field team to schedule work.
• Generate referrals and build WOW experiences.
