Expect 100–150 daily calls, no cold calling, and uncapped commissions with growth potential. The role emphasizes closing enrollments, guiding clients through course and membership options, and leveraging bundled offerings to maximize value for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably phone-based and in-office.
• Proven track record closing $100K-$150K+ in monthly revenue and consistently hitting quota.
• Confident when talking to healthcare professionals and handling high-value objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong listening and rapport-building skills.
• CRM proficiency - you can manage a pipeline, log detailed call notes, and track follow-ups accurately.

Responsibilities

• Talk to warm leads all day; handle 100-150 inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Close enrollments and memberships; guide clients through catalog and registrations.
• Upsell and cross-sell bundled courses and certifications.
• Own your pipeline in the CRM with structured follow-ups and detailed notes.
• Hit targets with a steady pipeline; monthly sales of $100K-$150K depending on tier.
