Honey Homes is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to own the bottom of the funnel, converting booked walk-thrus into new members and revenue. This revenue-seat role emphasizes rapid qualification, fast follow-up, and close-focused messaging.

You'll work across phone, text, and email from our Oakland HQ, leveraging AI-assisted tools and HubSpot to streamline follow-up and optimize conversion. Compensation includes OTE with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a high-velocity environment, ideally closing over the phone.
• SaaS, home services, real estate, or membership businesses are a plus.
• CRM experience with HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualify and confirm every booked walk-thru so specialists meet informed, ready homeowners.
• Ask smart, empathetic questions to understand homeowner needs and set expectations.
• Protect show rates: confirm, remind, and save appointments before they cancel.
• Keep every record clean in HubSpot so the funnel is trusted by the team.
• Follow up after walk-thrus to answer questions, handle objections, and close.
• Nurture not-quite-ready and re-engage aged, stalled, or ghosted leads.
• Partner daily with SDRs and Walk-Thru Specialists on handoffs and deals.
• Identify patterns in objections and lost deals to improve Marketing, SDR, and Walk-Thru ops.
• Use AI tools and automation to move faster and personalize follow-up.
