Job summary

Honey Homes is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive in Oakland to convert booked walk‑thru appointments into new members and revenue. Earn $120K OTE with a $70K base, plus uncapped commissions and full benefits with equity.

You’ll qualify leads, guide homeowners through packages, and close deals using phone, text, and email, working closely with SDRs and specialists. This is a full‑time, in‑office opportunity at our Oakland HQ.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a high-velocity environment.
• SaaS, home services, real estate, or membership businesses are a plus.
• HubSpot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualify and confirm every booked walk-thru so specialists meet informed, ready homeowners.
• Ask smart, empathetic questions to understand each homeowner's needs, assess fit, and set expectations.
• Protect show rates: confirm, remind, and save appointments before they cancel.
• Keep every record clean in HubSpot so the whole team can trust the funnel.
• Follow up after completed walk-thrus to answer questions, handle objections, recommend the right package, and close.
• Nurture not-quite-ready and re-engage aged, stalled, or ghosted leads.
• Partner daily with SDRs and Walk-Thru Specialists on handoffs, debriefs, and stuck deals.
• Identify patterns in homeowner objections, lead quality, and lost deals to improve processes.
• Use AI tools and automation to move faster, personalize follow-up, and improve playbooks.
• Flex onto inbound calls and fresh leads when volume spikes.
