Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking a driven Inside Sales Center (ISC) Supervisor to lead our inbound sales team on-site. You will provide real-time coaching, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales results.

The role requires 3-5 years of sales or call center leadership, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, call center operations, or team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Intermediate CRM tools proficiency; Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of inbound sales representatives to meet performance goals.
• Provide comprehensive training for new hires on software systems, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Monitor live calls, deliver real-time coaching, and conduct feedback sessions.
• Analyze sales center metrics, generate performance reports, and identify improvement areas.
• Partner with ISC Manager on initiatives to streamline processes and drive production.
• Address escalated customer calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Drive performance contests and engagement projects to promote a productive work environment.
• Monitor queue staffing and maintain attendance and time-off records.
• Ensure timely updates to customer records in Salesforce.
