OCD Anxiety Centers in Sandy, Utah seeks an Admissions Specialist to provide professional communication with clients, families, and professionals, guiding prospective clients through the admissions process. You will maintain relationships, answer questions, and secure referrals while working with therapists to schedule intake.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely follow-up, and adherence to policies, with ongoing training and a base pay dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 2 years related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years in sales and marketing or account management.
• Expert understanding of sales processes and customer relations.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Proficient in CRM and EMR software.
• Strong customer service and client connection skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Accurate and efficient electronic data entry.
• Must be punctual with excellent attendance.
• Multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively.
• Thrives in a changing environment with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to communicate program features and benefits to clients.
• Maintains and grows client relationships by admissions skills.
• Responds to inquiries knowledgeably within 24 hours.
• Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake.
• Follows up to maintain conversion rates and reschedule appointments.
• Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms by end of day.
• Helps navigate barriers and guides clients into OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
