The role offers a base plus bonuses and pays handsomely with upside based on appointments and vehicle sales, with paid training and no automotive experience required if you’ve worked in phones or customer service.

Qualifications

• Call center, telemarketing or customer service background preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; pass a background check.
• Comfortable with CRM and data-entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet leads, calls, texts and chats.
• Book and confirm appointments; log activity in the CRM.
• Follow up ahead of visits to minimize no-shows.
• Hand off arrived customers to the sales team and meet daily activity goals.
