Job summary

North Freeway Hyundai/Genesis of Spring is hiring a BDC / Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and chats. You'll be the first voice or message a customer gets, and your job is to turn that inquiry into a confirmed, shown appointment.

The role offers a guaranteed base plus per-appointment and sales bonuses. Prior call center or customer service experience is preferred; automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Call center, telemarketing, or customer service background preferred.
• Strong phone, text, and email communication.
• Comfortable with CRM/data entry tools.
• Willing to work evenings and one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet leads, calls, texts, and chats.
• Book and confirm appointments, log everything in the CRM.
• Follow up ahead of visits to minimize no-shows.
• Hand off arrived customers cleanly to the sales team.
• Work toward daily activity goals that drive bonus pay.
