Job summary

North Freeway Hyundai/Genesis of Spring is seeking a BDC / Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound internet leads, calls, and chats. You will be the first voice or message customers receive and convert inquiries into confirmed, shown appointments, working on-site at Humble, TX.

The role offers a guaranteed base plus per-appointment and per-vehicle bonuses, with typical earnings in the mid-40k range and top performers reaching 70k+.

Qualifications

• Background in call center, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong phone, text, and email communication skills.
• Experience with CRM/data entry tools.
• Reliable, organized, able to work some evenings and one weekend day.
• High school diploma or equivalent; able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet leads, calls, texts, and chats.
• Book and confirm appointments, log everything in the CRM.
• Follow up ahead of visits to minimize no-shows.
• Hand off arrived customers to the sales team.
