Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie seeks an Associate Inside Sales Representative in Stockton, CA to service customers by handling inquiries and processing orders. You will train on our products to answer questions and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities include answering calls, providing pricing and ship date information, and entering orders. Training on products will be provided to enhance customer support and problem solving within a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, MS Word and similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer the queue phone and provide customers with requested information (pricing, ship dates, etc.).
• Input orders into the computer.
• Provide technical help when able.
