Qualifications

• Knowledge of company products, pricing, discount and estimating formulas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail customers via walk-in, phone, or email.
• Sell company products and related items; provide material estimates and quotes.
• Enter orders and schedule product deliveries.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity goals.
• Assist with store housekeeping, inventory, and signage.
