POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, invites you to join as an Inside Sales Associate at our St. Augustine location.

In this fast-paced, customer-facing role you’ll help customers at the counter and over the phone, process orders, and support showroom and warehouse operations. You’ll build relationships with customers, recommend solutions, and ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments per policy.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluate warranty items per manufacturer policy and customer needs.
• Provide an estimated date of delivery based on vendor schedules.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders, including occasional RF scanner use.
• Restock showroom merchandise to maintain availability and presentation.
• Cross-train in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
