Job summary

ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of building products, seeks Inside Sales Associates to deliver world-class service and help customers select roofing, siding, and window solutions. You will engage customers, process orders, and coordinate deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in roofing/siding/windows, strong communication, teamwork, and reliable time management. This full-time on-site role offers growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply to the customer account.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns when they arise.
