Job summary

AMD Laser in West Jordan, UT is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. You will learn products, support customers in your territory, and help expand accounts with proactive outreach.

This on-site role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, monthly and quarterly bonuses, and profit sharing. We provide training, CRM and ecommerce platforms, and a collaborative culture with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in dental, medical, or veterinary fields preferred.
• At least 1 year of healthcare, customer care, or sales experience.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• On-site position in West Jordan, UT; MS Office/CRM/e-commerce preferred.
• Customer-centric problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn the company culture, products, and procedures.
• Support customers in assigned territory.
• Defend and grow existing accounts; gain new accounts.
• Answer incoming calls and process orders for timely shipment.
• Follow up leads via phone, email, and social media to convert.
• Outbound and cold calling to expand sales.
• Support dental sales at trade shows and live events; travel <10%.
• Serve as contact for account management.
• Assist with other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Support customers in your assigned territory.
• Defend and grow existing accounts and gain new accounts in the territory.
• Answer incoming calls to support to customer requests.
• Process customer orders to ensure timely shipment.
• Follow up the sales leads via phone, emails, and social media engagement to convert leads into sales.
• Outbound and cold calls to expand sales.
• Support dental sales in trade shows and other live events. Travel expectations are generally below 10%.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer account management.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma minimum, college degree is preferred.
• Experience in dental, medical, or veterinary is preferred.
• At least 1 year of healthcare, customer care, or sales experience.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a positive team member.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Job is in onsite at our office location in West Jordan, UT.
• Experience with MS Office, CRM, and ecommerce are preferred.
• Customer centric focus and problem solving abilities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm/8:00 am to 4:30 pm/9am to 5:30pm shifts depending on territory coverage for different time zone
