Everstaff is seeking an organized Inside Sales Associate to support daily sales and inventory operations in Valley View, OH. The role involves assisting customers with parts inquiries, processing sales, coordinating purchasing, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The position is full-time, onsite, with a pay rate of $25-$30 per hour and a direct hire opportunity. You will collaborate with sales, operations, purchasing, and accounting teams to ensure smooth order processing and inventory

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products or solutions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product information, answer technical questions, and assist customers with parts selection.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Support outside sales representatives by providing pricing information and confirming product availability.
• Prepare sales documentation and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Source, order, and manage parts and materials to support business operations.
• Communicate with suppliers to coordinate orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders as needed.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, inventory reports, and purchase orders.
• Review and adjust reorder points based on usage trends and demand to help maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Update and maintain product pricing within the company's inventory or accounting system.
• Track open and completed purchase orders and ensure records are accurate when orders are placed, received, modified, or canceled.

This role is responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, processing sales transactions, coordinating purchasing activities, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and can collaborate effectively with sales, operations, purchasing, and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Inside Sales
