Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inside sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support the outside sales team with quotes, orders, and product information.
• Prepare and package customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
• Review project information and prepare accurate material quotes.
• Maintain product displays and assist with inventory management.
• Resolve shipping issues and customer concerns.
• Process orders and support fulfillment to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide backup support for counter sales when needed.
• Support overall sales and customer service efforts.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Associate to support customers by providing product solutions, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. This role works closely with customers, outside sales representatives, and yard operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
