Job summary

Conklin Metal Industries in Greenville, SC, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support customers and Territory Managers, process orders and quotes, and maintain accurate sales transactions across multiple channels.

You will coordinate with branches, assist with new customer accounts, and help source products while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Word, and Excel.
• Strong typing and data-entry skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Prophet 21 / P21 preferred).

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the go-to support for customers and Territory Managers, keeping sales and operations running smoothly.
• Handle customer sales via phone, email, text, and walk-ins.
• Enter orders, quotes, and sales transactions accurately.
• Serve as the liaison between the branch and Territory Managers.
• Support Territory Managers with quotes, order entry, and product sourcing.
• Initiate and support new customer account setups.
• Capture and communicate customer-specific needs (delivery requirements, preferences, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Assist with multiple branch needs and jump in wherever help is needed.
