Conklin Metal Industries in Greenville, SC is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support customers and Territory Managers with orders, quotes, and product sourcing. This role requires HVAC experience, strong data-entry, and ERP Prophet 21 proficiency.

The position is full-time, office-based with a Monday–Friday schedule in the Greenville branch, offering team collaboration and opportunities for growth within a long-standing, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience required.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word with strong data-entry skills.
• Familiarity with Prophet 21 ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and Territory Managers via phone, email, text, and walk-ins.
• Enter orders, quotes, and sales transactions accurately.
• Serve as liaison between the Greenville branch and Territory Managers.
• Support Territory Managers with quotes, order entry, and product sourcing.
• Initiate and support new customer account setups.
• Capture and communicate customer-specific needs and coordinate information flow.
