Conklin Metal Industries in Tampa/Pinellas Park, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join a growing branch. You will be the go-to support for customers and Territory Managers, handling orders, quotes, and sales transactions while ensuring smooth communication between the branch and field teams.

The role requires HVAC experience, strong data-entry and customer service skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Word and Excel.
• ERP system experience (Prophet 21 / P21) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to support for customers and Territory Managers, keeping sales and operations running smoothly.
• Handle customer sales via phone, email, text, and walk-ins; enter orders, quotes, and sales transactions accurately.
• Serve as the liaison between the branch and Territory Managers; support quotes, order entry, and product sourcing.
• Capture and communicate customer needs (delivery requirements, preferences, etc.) and coordinate with internal teams.
