Conklin Metal Industries is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Charlotte, NC location. This full-time role covers all aspects of warehouse operations from receiving to shipping.

You will verify shipments, organize stock, pick orders, and load trucks, with forklift duties and WMS scanning integral to daily tasks. We value dependable, detail-oriented team members who stay safety-focused and are willing to learn every function of the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and dependable.
• Detail-oriented with strong safety mindset.

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced conditions and varying temperatures.
• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against orders and invoices.
• Organize inventory and maintain warehouse stock locations.
• Perform order picking, staging, packing, and loading.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Use WMS scanning systems to track inventory and report discrepancies.
• Support receiving, shipping, and overall warehouse workflow.
