  • Record and track customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and new products.

Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

FLSA Status: Exempt, Full-Time

FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. We design, build, test, sell and service our equipment consisting of products such as our well-known “Bull Hog” mulchers, the Stump Ex, our high-quality FTX tractors of varying horsepower, as well as many other attachments. Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for identifying, contacting, and selling products or services to potential customers over the phone, via email, or through other forms of communication including possible customer visits and trade shows. Works closely with and provides support for sales support for the Regional Sales Managers.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • First contact point for inbound sales leads; identifying and qualifying these sales leads
  • Independent discretion for lead disbursement to the Regional Manager team
  • Manage the implementation of the CRM
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Developing and delivering sales presentations, quotes, and demos
  • Keeping track of customer interactions and sales data using a CRM (customer relationship management) system; maintaining CRM system
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and new products or services
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Passion for sales
  • Work independently and be self-motivated
  • Work well as part of and support a team
  • Familiarity with CRM/ data management
  • Strong attention to detail

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred
  • Ability to talk and hear to enable effective communication
  • Comfortable operating and functioning in a safe manner around heavy equipment
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, work at desk
  • Available and comfortable with travel (15 – 20%)
