Job summary

S&G Flooring in California is seeking individuals with a natural talent for sales who want to grow their careers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will work one-on-one with customers to transform their homes and learn to guide them through a 1–4 week selling and installation timeline.

We offer a robust training program, a 25.00 per hour base plus commission, and benefits including medical/vision/dental, 401K eligibility after one year, plus Sundays off and frequent staff events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Previous sales experience (retail included).
• Positive attitude and self-confidence when working with the public.
• Motivated, ambitious, with a high level of importance in landing sales.
• Strong computer skills.
• Open to training and learning product line.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers one-on-one to select flooring that fits their home.
• Effectively manage time, organize tasks, and multi-task at the point-of-sale.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients.
• Engage in prospecting and build repeat business.
