In the first year you’ll learn the products, build relationships with customers, and bridge incoming interest to the sales team, with potential to advance to Account Manager within 6–12 months for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, qualifying leads and connecting them with the right team members.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional manner.
• Process orders, maintain account records, and resolve basic customer issues.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on targeted sales strategies and account activity.
• Communicate and coordinate leads and opportunities with the appropriate team members.
• Stay current on all products, promotions, and industry trends through ongoing training.
• Support the broader team's customer retention and satisfaction goals.
