Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales and Finance is seeking a customer service/BDC specialist to drive outbound and inbound calls, set appointments, and engage with customers. The role features a focus on consultative selling, with CRM use and collaboration with the sales team to optimize outreach and conversion.

The position offers guaranteed hourly pay, full health benefits, PTO, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, plus opportunities for advancement and a supportive, training-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales environments.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to sales process and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to set appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and information about products or services.
• Use CRM to track interactions and monitor sales pipelines.
• Follow up with leads to nurture prospects and maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with sales team and learn our sales process, including occasional face-to-face sales.
