Job summary

Coldstream Exteriors is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound inquiries and perform outbound outreach to homeowners and partners. You’ll be the front line of customer experience and a key driver of growth across multiple divisions.

You will schedule appointments for Exteriors, Solar, and Electrical divisions, maintain a high daily call volume, and ensure leads are tracked accurately in our CRM.

Coldstream is expanding our inside sales team and looking for a driven, organized, and confident Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound leads and generate new business through outbound calling. This role is the front line of our customer experience and a key driver of growth across multiple divisions.

The Inside Sales Representative manages all inbound inquiries, makes outbound calls to homeowners and partners, and keeps our calendars full. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in converting leads into scheduled appointments.
